Strawberry Vinaigrette


5 strawberries
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pkg sugar subsitute
Dash of salt

Combine 3 strawberries with remaining ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth. Cut up remaining 2 strawberries and mix with spinach leaves. Pour vinaigrette over spinach leaves.
1 fruit (1 vegetable if served over spinach leaves)
