I noticed that many of you are dealing with the 4&5 week blues. You know how it goes: the first week you are trying to figure out how this all works. The second week you have got a good idea of how this is working and have had a great losses. This third week you start to experiment with the recipes, and the fourth week you start to get a little bored. Between four and five, you may have hit a stall. Your weight starts to slow down and you realize you still have about three weeks left-FOREVER at this pace!! Week five is similar to week four and you are bored with it all. Week six comes in to play and you start losing again but more important than that you realize you only have 14 days left and you aren't quite at your goal. At this point everything is measured in days instead of weeks and you begin to do the freak out dance. Just a small on at first but as the days go by your mind starts to calculate "if I lose a half a pound everyday between now and the end I will be___" or a pound a day or heaven forbid only .2 per day. We all do it, it's normal to escalate the freaking out!! "I need a few more days, I'm not quite there..." You are all doing so great. Don't get discouraged but do realize that what you are going through is NORMAL! This is the way it works for everyone. If you are stuck, switch up your food, do an Apple Day, drink more water, and visualize your losses. Put what you want out there and it will come back. Say it out loud- "I want to lose 5 pounds by the end of the week." Say it as often as possible and be positive. It works. Be as perfect as you can be and remember to love who you are. You are doing great things for yourself. It is your turn to be loved, remember that. You are doing great and I am so proud of you.
